Getting a process server has never been easier!
Simply follow these three easy steps:
1. Download the Request for Service Packet.
2. Complete the form
3. Fax or Email the forms along with the documents you want served
(fax number and email address are on the forms)
ONCE RECEIVED
As soon as our processing department receives your Request and Documents the
information is entered into our Database so that we can track your serve and send
you Automated Email updates.
OUT FOR SERVICE
Your documents are then assigned to one of our Professional Process Servers
where diligent efforts will be made to serve your documents successfully.
COMPLETED SERVICE
Once your service is complete we will generate the appropriate documentation and
mail that to you so that you can file the document with the court.
